Über
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals
Conduct needs assessments with clients to determine the best solutions for their HVAC and plumbing needs
Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction
Maintain a pipeline of leads and manage the sales process from initial contact to final sale
Collaborate with the service and installation teams to ensure client needs are met post‑sale
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge to effectively sell our services
Requirements
Proven experience as a sales representative, preferably in the HVAC, plumbing, or home services industry
Strong sales skills and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients
Ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions
Self‑motivated with strong organizational and time‑management abilities
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
A proactive approach to problem‑solving and negotiation
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus
