An Irish HQ SaaS scale-up is hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to be the single
in-house owner for all commercial RevOps.
You will own HubSpot end-to-end in a greenfield environment, with lots of scope to
design workflow and processes from scratch.
With a direct line to the GTM leader, you’ll be visible to senior leadership and IT,
where there is a clear mandate for clean data and strong reporting.
If you enjoy being hands- on executing, you’ll enjoy the autonomy this role offers
rather than being buried in a big RevOps team.
The expectation to optimise, automate and use HubSpot’s AI tools so that within 6
months you’ve freed yourself from busywork and are asking for “more stuff to do.”
You’ll be the person the business turns to with “Can we do this in HubSpot?” - and
you own the solution.
The essential details:
- Salary between €70–90k, you need 2–5 years of RevOps experience in a HubSpot environment.
- Hybrid working with 3 days in the Dublin city centre office (typically Tue–Thu) for collaboration, with some flexibility on the third day.
- Equity on offer via shares tied to a vesting period, giving you a meaningful long-term stake in a high-growth, investor-backed, SaaS business. xcfaprz
