You will focus on system testing, release coordination, and production troubleshooting, ensuring data integrity and user access meet strict regulatory standards.
Core Responsibilities Testing & Releases: Design and execute technical test cases; provide expertise for the installation of new releases, patches, and associated user training.
System Maintenance: Resolve incidents within SLAs; perform root cause analysis and identify system risks to prevent recurrence.
Data & Access: Manage user access requirements; execute data movement activities and perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy.
Business Alignment: Partner across functions to translate customer feedback into system improvements; maintain job aids, FAQs, and performance metrics.
Requirements Education: Bachelor's in BIS, Computer Science, or IT (Advanced degree preferred).
Technical Skills: 2-3 years in system support, testing, and release management.
Clinical Knowledge: Experience with clinical development data systems and regulatory/quality requirements.
Soft Skills: High learning agility, logical problem-solving, and the ability to build consensus across global teams.
Contract Details Duration: 12-Month Fixed Term Contract. xcfaprz
Work Pattern: 2-3 days per week onsite in Cork.
