Your mission should you choose to accept it.

As a Data Analyst, you will be a strategic partner to ScalePad's Finance team, transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights. By refining internal processes and enhancing data-driven decision-making, you will help drive financial efficiency, scalability, and automation. Your work will ensure that leadership has the accurate, timely information needed to optimize performance, forecast with confidence, and support the company's continued growth.

Responsibilities.

Design, develop, and maintain SQL-based data models to ensure efficient data transformation and reporting. Build and optimize ETL pipelines within BI tools or deliver data through APIs. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable analytics solutions. Develop and manage dbt-based data transformations and Databricks workflows. Build and enhance dashboards and reports in Tableau, ensuring data is accurate, accessible, and well-structured for analysis. Collaborate with Data Engineers to improve data architecture, ensuring performance and scalability. Utilize Python, R, SAS, or equivalent statistical tools for deeper data analysis, modeling, and automation. Maintain data quality, governance, and documentation across all analytics solutions. Qualifications.

5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data analytics, or a related field. Experience working in a SaaS environment is required. Expert-level SQL skills with experience optimizing complex queries and data models. Hands-on experience with ETL pipeline development within BI tools or using APIs. Proficiency in dbt, Databricks, and Tableau. Experience working with Python, R, SAS, or similar statistical analysis software. Strong ability to engage with stakeholders, understand business needs, and develop analytical solutions that drive decision-making. Experience working in a cloud-based data environment (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
