As an IT Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of projects assigned to you, including the creation and execution of plans, managing project teams and communicating project status to stakeholders. Become a Project Manager within our Information Technology group and help drive the adoption of technology throughout the company!
Responsibilities :
Support Project Initiation, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling, and Closing
Serve as an integrator and facilitator to broad groups of stakeholders and project teams
Track and manage a portfolio of projects in support of an IT Technical Manager to include advising on project status, prioritization, risks, and allocation of resources
Contribute to development and management of project plans to include scope, schedule, resources, and budgetary information when applicable
Develop technical content to drive adoption
Become a subject matter expert on assigned corporate Business Systems
Collect and document business requirements
Coordinate and assist with solution architecting to meet business requirements
Provide written project status updates to stakeholders
Facilitate identification, tracking, and resolution of issues that arise during projects
Support Risk mitigation strategy development and execution
Communicating with stakeholders to keep the project aligned with their goals
Performing quality control on the project
Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needed
Assist with messaging and marketing around rollout of new systems, technology and processes
Assist with creation of test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing
Provide technical support to nCino employees on corporate business systems
Create project and system documentation
Coordinate and provide go-live training to end users
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree in relevant area or equivalent work experience
2+ years of practical work-related experience related to project management, system administration, content development, and/or business analysis
Strong problem-solving skills
Exceptional initiative in identifying and executing new ways to add value
Experience leading projects and facilitating large meetings
Experience developing and delivering in-person presentations
Strong desire to learn, drive continuous improvement, and an ability to anticipate requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Team-work oriented
Self-motivated
Desired:
Familiarity with SaaS platforms, preferably ERP solutions such as Salesforce, NetSuite and Workday.
Familiarity with Project Management Software, preferably Smartsheet
Project Management Professional (PMP) certified

The pay range for this role is based on relative market data and alignment with our compensation philosophy. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum of the pay range for each job posting, which is used to determine new hire rates/salaries and takes into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, abilities, proficiencies, experience, education, licensures/certifications, as well as business and organizational needs. nCino reserves the right to modify the posted range consistent with our internal practices and external market movement. The recruiter for this job posting can share more compensation details during the recruitment process, as base salary is only one component of the total compensation package per position posted.
The base salary range for this job is:
$73,700.00 - $121,600.00
