What You’ll Actually Do
Create and schedule posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
Write captions, design graphics, and experiment with short-form video.
Maintain and manage our content calendar.
Research trends, pitch fresh ideas, and help grow engagement.
Track performance and suggest ways to boost visibility.
Support business development, plus earn commission for any sales you help generate!
Who We're Looking For
College junior or senior in communications, PR, marketing, journalism, or a related field.
Strong writing skills and a creative, curious mindset.
Social media savvy—Canva and CapCut required, bonus points for Adobe Suite experience.
Organized, proactive, and ready to thrive in a fast-moving, small team.
Excited to learn, experiment, and see your work published.
You must be based in Northwest Arkansas to be considered for this role.
