Key Responsibilities:
Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B business opportunities across assigned territory
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing and post-sale follow-up
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with prospective clients
Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting using CRM tools
Qualifications:
Proven success in B2B sales within a manufacturing or industrial environment
Demonstrated history of top performance (e.g., President’s Club, sales awards, top ranking representative)
Strong prospecting and closing skills with a focus on new business development
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
