We're seeking a driven, results-oriented Sales manager who knows how to create opportunity, close deals, and consistently exceed targets. This role is built for an experienced sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, outbound environment and excels at turning connections into long-term revenue.
What You'll Do
Drive group revenue across key corporate and niche markets
Build and manage robust pipeline through proactive outreach, networking and referrals
Lead the full sales process, from first contract through negotiation and closing
Develop customized proposals that align with client needs and business goals
Build and maintain a strong, long-term client relationship that fuel repeat and referral business
Partner with operations and hotel teams to ensure flawless execution of events
Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets and performance metrics
Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and CRM reporting

What You Bring
Proven success in hotel or hospitality sales, ideally with group sales experience
A strong hunter mindset with track record of generating new business
Confidence in outbound prospecting, including cold calling and outreach
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills
Excellent organization, pipeline management, and forecasting abilities
Clear, confident communication skill and a relationship-driven approach
Self-motivated and the ability to perform an independent, goal-driven environment
Education & Experience
College degree or at least two years of hotel experience
Previous experience in a similar or related sales role
Full Service hotel sales experience is required
Additional consideration given for relevant certifications
This position may require a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Please share your scheduling needs.
