Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Proficient in JavaScript or TypeScript
Experienced with Angular, React, or Node
Strong knowledge of Git version control
Familiar with DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab, or Jenkins
Holds a Secret Security Clearance
Masters Degree in Engineering or Computer Science is preferred
Knowledge of communication protocols, ideally REST or gRPC
Experience with messaging protocols like Kafka, ActiveMQ, or ZeroMQ
Programming experience in Rust, Go, Java, or Node
Familiarity with Test-Driven Development practices
Experience in software orchestration and GitOps workflows
Background in developing microservices
Knowledge of defense mission systems
Experience in real-time embedded software development
Expertise in hardware-accelerated computing (e.g., CUDA, Intel oneAPI)
Experience with model deployment software like NVIDIA TensorRT
Ability to deploy AI-enabled systems across various environments
Familiarity with high-performance computing
Experience interfacing with databases such as SQL or MongoDB
Leadership experience in mentoring engineers or small teams
Knowledge of transitioning software from prototype to production
Top Secret/SCI Clearance is a plus
Responsibilities
Develop software applications that leverage Artificial Intelligence capabilities for our clients
Involved in all stages of the system development lifecycle from generating requirements to flight testing
Execute a variety of activities including proofs of concept, prototype development, and production transition
Apply object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms to solve challenging problems
Utilize concurrency techniques and have familiarity with I/O systems
Assume the role of technical lead and guide junior engineers as necessary
