ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are currently looking for a Full Time Jr Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will
analyze financial and industry market data by wrangling reliable internal and external data sources and researching emerging trends in remittance and global payments. You will also organize, analyze, and summarize large datasets to uncover business insights. Using analytical tools, you will deliver both recurring and ad hoc analyses to stakeholders, supporting data-driven strategic decision-making.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Collect, organize, and wrangle internal and external data sources, including financial and market datasets. Research and monitor emerging trends in the remittance and global payments industry. Analyze and summarize large datasets to identify actionable business insights. Utilize analytical tools like excel, SSMS, and other platforms to deliver recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards to stakeholders. Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to ensure timely completion of data-driven projects and deliverables. POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Strong communication and critical thinking skills. Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite. Advanced English proficiency (reading and writing international reports) Experience with forecasting, data modeling and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Excel) 1-3 years of experience in research, business intelligence, or related fields Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, or related field (preferred). Must be able to work a hybrid schedule M-F (8-5). WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
