Job Description:

The

Analyst, Analytics & Data Products

will report to OneOncology's Senior Analyst, Analytics & Data Products. This role will support projects carried out by teams across the organization by generating insights and delivering actionable information to OneOncology and its partner practices, with a focus on operations. This role will also provide a robust introduction to the healthcare and oncology industries, providing insight into how analytics can be used to inform strategy and improve performance of care delivery organizations.

Responsibilities

Performing analyses on large data sets, including EHR, billing, drug, and clinical data to understand operations and utilization trends for OneOncology partner practices and OO internal teams

Collaborating with physicians and administrative stakeholders to understand how analytics can be used to support care delivery and transformation

Building and maintaining data models for use in downstream tools

Creating dashboards to provide users with insight on practice performance

Developing deliverables to communicate findings to OneOncology and partner practice leaders

Other duties as assigned to help drive our mission of improving the lives of everyone living with cancer.

Key Competencies

An analytical mindset and the determination to find pragmatic solutions

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Proficiency in SQL and PowerBI a plus

Familiarity with / working knowledge of the healthcare industry

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

0-3 years of work experience; experience working for a consulting firm, health insurer, healthcare provider organization, or other similar organization a plus

Genuine interest in learning about and working in the oncology space
