Welcome to Footsteps Stratford Nursery , where nature-based play is at the heart of everything we do! We are on the lookout for a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our vibrant team. Our nursery features free-flow access to beautiful woodland gardens, allowing children to connect with the great outdoors and explore their natural surroundings.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Deliver engaging learning experiences and planned activities for your key group, providing outstanding opportunities for children.
• Collaborate with your team to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children.
• Partner with parents to meet the developmental needs of each child.
• Assess and report on children's progress to support their continued growth.
• Bring passion and inspiration to your role, actively participating in your own professional development.
• Foster a fun, caring, and friendly environment.
• Promote a high-quality learning atmosphere.

Are you the right fit for us?

• A genuine passion and commitment to working in childcare.
• Flexibility to work shifts between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, up to 40 hours per week.
• A dedication to continual personal and professional development.
• Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Relevant qualifications such as NNEB, BTEC National Diploma, CACHE Diploma in Childcare, NVQ Level 2 or 3, or EY Educator.
