Welcome to Footsteps Stratford Nursery , where nature-based play is at the heart of everything we do! We are on the lookout for a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our vibrant team. Our nursery features free-flow access to beautiful woodland gardens, allowing children to connect with the great outdoors and explore their natural surroundings.

Your Role and ResponsibilitiesAs a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
- Deliver engaging learning experiences and planned activities for your key group, providing outstanding opportunities for children.
- Collaborate with your team to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children.
- Partner with parents to meet the developmental needs of each child.
- Assess and report on children's progress to support their continued growth.
- Bring passion and inspiration to your role, actively participating in your own professional development.
- Foster a fun, caring, and friendly environment.
- Promote a high-quality learning atmosphere.
Are you the right fit for us?
- A genuine passion and commitment to working in childcare.
- Flexibility to work shifts between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, up to 40 hours per week.
- A dedication to continual personal and professional development.
- Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Relevant qualifications such as NNEB, BTEC National Diploma, CACHE Diploma in Childcare, NVQ Level 2 or 3, or EY Educator.
