As the main point of contact for your team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence and high standards across our departments.
Your MissionReporting to the Manager, you will be the operational driver of success, ensuring that daily plans are executed flawlessly. Your role will primarily focus on accommodation during our busy intake days on Mondays and Fridays, with flexibility to support other departments throughout the week.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Leadership: Be hands-on in guiding your team to achieve key tasks and objectives.
- Coaching & Development: Support and mentor your team to meet departmental targets, including upselling and promotions.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct audits and ensure compliance with standards across various departments.
- Guest Experience: Monitor guest feedback and take action to enhance satisfaction.
- Communication Champion: Ensure effective communication between management and your team.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong connections across the resort and with central support teams.
The Supervisor Plus will also have opportunities to support various areas, including:
Buffets- Food Safety Champion: Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Welcoming Environment: Create a friendly and engaging dining experience for guests.
- Team Development: Coach team members to enhance their skills and confidence.
- Sales Driving: Maximize revenue through effective upselling and guest engagement.
- Dynamic Deployment: Adjust staffing based on guest flow to minimize wait times.
- Upselling: Encourage team members to recommend starters and desserts.
- Checkbacks: Ensure timely follow-ups with guests to confirm satisfaction.
- Health & Safety: Supervise pool operations and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Guest Experience: Create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Activity Delivery: Lead engaging sports and activities for guests of all ages.
- Team Supervision: Guide and support your team to deliver exceptional experiences.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to coach and motivate a team.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on quality and compliance.
- Guest-Focused: Experience in customer-facing roles, handling queries and complaints.
- Sales Experience: Ability to drive revenue through promotions and upselling.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels.
