The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for supporting the delivery of modern, scaled, self-service solutions that empower our internal customers to make data-driven decisions. Senior Data Analysts are subject matter experts in data availability and data readiness who manage a large inventory of data sets throughout the data lifecycle, including: maintaining and prioritizing backlog; sprint planning; requirement gathering; user testing; and production deployments. The Senior Data Analyst partners with the Advanced Reporting developers and product managers to ensure the required data is provided according to product requirements and certified in meeting the data quality thresholds deriving appropriate value for our customers from our BI and Data Analytics offerings.

You have experience in People Analytics, enhancing employee experience for large populations. You have 3-4 years' experience in data governance and stewardship, knowledgeable about compliance and data privacy regulations such as CCPA and GDPR. You feel comfortable leading data literacy sessions educating users on safeguarding personal data from unauthorized access and breaches. Enabling business data owners with knowledge of data sharing agreements and how their data is being used. You have experience monitoring and resolving data governance-related issues and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness. You have a good understanding of application access permissions, row level security (RLS), object level security (OLS). You have experience managing data catalog and data quality tools, ensuring all data assets are properly classified and accessible. You possess strong documentation skills, documenting our data management processes to provide clear steps in performing the recurring data activities. Data Source Identification : Supporting the understanding of the priority order of requirements and service level agreements. Helping identify the most suitable source for data that is fit for purpose. Performing initial data quality checks on extracted data. Data Strategy:

Understanding, articulating, and applying principles of the defined strategy to routine business problems that involve a single function. Understanding Business Context:

Requires knowledge of Industry and environmental factors; Common business vernacular; Business practices across two or more domains such as product, finance, marketing, sales, technology, business systems, and human resources and in-depth knowledge of related practices; Directly relevant business metrics and business areas. To Provide recommendations to business stakeholders to solve complex business issues. Develop business cases for projects with a projected return on investment or cost savings. Translate business requirements into projects, activities, and tasks and aligns to overall business strategy and develops domain specific artifact. Serve as an interpreter and conduit to connect business needs with tangible solutions and results. Identify and recommend relevant business insights pertaining to their area of work. Tech. Problem Formulation : Requires knowledge of Analytics/big data analytics / automation techniques and methods; Business understanding; Precedence and use cases; Business requirements and insights. To translate/ co-own business problems within one's discipline to data related or mathematical solutions. Identify appropriate methods/tools to be leveraged to provide a solution for the problem. Share use cases and gives examples to demonstrate how the method would solve the business problem. Data Visualization : Generating appropriate graphical representations of data and model outcomes. Understanding customer requirements to design appropriate data representation for multiple data sets. Working with User Experience designers and User Interface engineers as required to build front end applications. Presenting to and influencing the team and business audience using the appropriate frameworks and conveys clear messages through business and stakeholder understanding. Customizing communication style based on stakeholder under guidance and leverages rational arguments. Guiding and mentoring junior associates on story types, structures, and techniques based on context. Providing and supporting the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities. Modeling compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
