Role Summary

The Customer Service Representative will be the primary point of contact for our customer. The core mission is to provide professional assistance, resolve inquiries, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.


Key Responsibilities

  • As the main point of contact for our customer’s retail team, the role will have direct communication with customers in both written and verbal form.
    • Gather and share customer feedback to resolve operational issues.
    • Be a goodwill ambassador for the company by courteous treatment of all customers.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.’
  • Provide exceptional service to all internal and external customers.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal team members / departments to support excellent performance for our customers.
  • Facilitate the understanding and execution of customer operational requirements with internal team.
  • Create reports, evaluate information, and trace back trends to help with root cause analysis.
  • Identify opportunities to continuously improve and provide feedback to help operational improvement.
  • Track accuracy of employees as a group and individually
  • Create follow up documents which may include disciplinary steps
  • Familiarization of operational processes in an effort to better understand customer needs and to resolve customer complaints.
  • Develop a deep understanding of company offerings, policies, and troubleshooting procedures to provide accurate and confident guidance.
  • Utilize camera systems to further claim resolutions.

  • Assume additional related responsibilities as required and demonstrate a willingness to be trained in other areas as needed.

Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically, problem solving and prioritizing skills to find solutions quickly under pressure.

Attention to Detail: Adept at capturing specific customer details to prevent repeat questions and provide a more personalized, accurate service experience.

Soft Skills: Empathy, patience, and a professional, positive attitude even during difficult interactions.


Qualifications

  • Education: A high school diploma or GED is preferred.

  • Experience: 3-5+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a food production or manufacturing environment.

  • Technical Knowledge: Basic computer skills, fast typing (often 50+ WPM), and strong experience with Microsoft Office, Word, Power Point, Excel and CRM software.

  • Soft Skills: Empathy, patience, and a professional, positive attitude even during difficult interactions.
