General Description

Corporate Hospitality Services (CHS) is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Reservation Agent Specialist to join our growing team. This position plays a critical role in delivering accurate, timely, and cost-effective lodging solutions for our clients within the oilfield hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining CHS’s standard of service excellence.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Answer and screen incoming calls in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner

  • Accurately collect client lodging requirements and enter all data into the reservation queue system

  • Monitor and respond to reservation and lodging-related emails, assigning or escalating tasks as necessary

  • Book lodging accommodations accurately and within required timeframes

  • Coordinate directly with hotels to confirm reservations, modify bookings, and resolve lodging issues

  • Communicate lodging confirmations, updates, and issues to clients promptly and professionally

  • Negotiate and confirm hotel rates to ensure cost-effective solutions for clients

  • Review Salesforce entries to prevent duplicate or conflicting reservations

  • Inform clients of applicable hotel policies that may result in additional charges, including cancellation fees, parking fees, or other hotel-imposed costs

  • Address and resolve client concerns related to CHS lodging facilities in a timely manner

  • Complete nightly check-in call lists and thoroughly document all communications and actions in Salesforce


Experience and Qualifications
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Lodging Coordinator or in a comparable reservation role (required )

  • Previous experience in the hospitality or lodging industry (preferred )

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under pressure

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
