Expectations of a Customer Service Representative:

• Establishing credibility and trust with our customers to ensure a smooth move day preparation and lasting referral source.
• Handling customer questions or concerns, and providing proper solutions.
• Follow up and follow through on customers’ moving needs.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Organize and complete all administrative responsibilities with high levels of efficiency, including reporting and other assignments by established deadlines.

Job Type and Compensation :

• Full time with option for 4 x10 schedule.
• $ per hour with opportunity to earn commission.
