Are you friendly, reliable, and love helping people? Grand Ave Pharmacy is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and being part of a positive team that serves the community.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Process payments (cash, card, check) and issue receipts or refunds
• Answer phones and help respond to customer questions
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Help keep front-end inventory stocked and organized
• Receive packages and place them in appropriate areas
• Work with the billing department to balance accounts
• Help resolve customer concerns and support the pharmacy team
• Assist with training new employees and completing required training

• High school diploma or GED
• 1–3 months of customer service or related experience preferred
• Friendly attitude and strong communication skills
• Detail-oriented and dependable
