We're hiring a Customer Service Representative for our Hitchcock, TX. area client. We are looking for an experienced, reliable, hard-working employee to join our client’s team!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

• Job Title: Customer Service Representative
• Location: Hitchcock, TX
• Pay: $18 per hour
• Hours: M-F, 8-5
• Duration: Temp-to-hire
• Description of Duties: Take customer phone calls and process customer orders. Communicate with staff and clients via Outlook regarding orders. Keep up with inventory for client (shipping to client or orders placed) via Excel. Update inventory in Excel when new shipments come and go. Track shipping/ receiving for order going to clients (work closely with warehouse team).
• Requirements: 1+ years customer service experience for an industrial or chemical company; must have intermediate skills in Excel and Outlook.
