The Customer Service Representative serves as a primary point of contact for our leasing customers, delivering timely, professional support related to accounts, contracts, and service inquiries. This role is essential in ensuring a positive customer experience while supporting internal teams in a fast‑paced financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text regarding lease accounts, payments, and general service requests
- Address customer questions and concerns promptly; escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal team or specialist as needed
