Mobile Crisis Response Service is a rapid response service to assist individuals with reducing risk factors. This Service is available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. CHCG LLC provides opportunities to support MCR from 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7pm.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral health support services to individuals with severe mental health diagnosis.
• Initiate and facilitate de-escalation techniques and coping mechanisms to assist the clients with maintaining self-control.
• Use good interpersonal skills to resolve conflicts and build a rapport with the client.
• Assist clients with making progress towards their individualized service plan goals.
• Connect clients to resources within the community for shelter, food, housing, finances, jobs, etc.
• Assess and monitor the safety and well-being of the client
• Coordinate with your supervisor and other community partners to ensure you are providing appropriate care to the individual.
• Be available for 24 Hour Emergency Crisis Response

Job Requirements

• Be available to potentially provide services during the day, evening, weekends and holidays.
• Provide and maintain an acceptable driving record and you must have a car.
• Be licensed by the Board of Counseling in Virginia as a QMHP.
• MCR Certification for Adults and Children.
• Have access to and the ability to use a computer, printer, internet services, and other necessary items to produce electronic documentation within the program.
• Maintain communication with the Clinical team through e-mail and cell phone as needed.
