Position Summary

Piping Technology & Products is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused Sales Administrative Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure seamless day-to-day operations. This role is critical to driving efficiency across sales activities, maintaining accurate data, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.


What You’ll Do

· Coordinate sales operations — Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling

· Maintain CRM systems, quotes, and customer records

· Support customer communication including follow-ups

· Coordinate travel, reporting, and expenses

· Execute events & trainings

· Assist marketing efforts

· Manage supplies and administrative needs

· Ensure follow-through on sales initiatives

Requirements: Key Metrics of Success

· Accuracy and timeliness of CRM data and quotes

· Responsiveness to internal teams and customers

· Successful coordination of meetings and events

· Follow-through on sales activities and initiatives


Who You Are

· Highly organized and detail-oriented

· Strong communication skills

· Customer-focused mindset

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

· Self-starter with ability to multitask

· Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
