What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of CSR experience (lead-level or senior CSR preferred)
- Home service industry experience (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
- Strong communicator, confident on the phone, and quick on the keyboard
- ServiceTitan experience is a big plus
- Dependable, punctual, and solution-driven
- A go-getter attitude with strong leadership and team spirit
What You'll Be Doing:
- Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls with professionalism and care
- Scheduling service, maintenance, and inspection appointments
- Helping customers with products, services, memberships, and more
- Handling questions and routing them to the right department when needed
- Following up on open estimates, quotes, and membership renewals
- Keeping detailed and accurate customer records
- Collaborating closely with other departments to keep everything running smoothly
