Founded over 40 years ago, MidSouth Tag & Label has been producing pressure sensitive labels and non pressure sensitive tags to a wide range of markets domestically and internationally. Position Overview: Customer Service Professional

This is a full-time position. Compensation includes competitive pay based on experience and benefits including health, life and long-term disability insurance. The benefits also include a simple IRA with match. Position offers the opportunity to grow and advance.


Position Summary

Provide outstanding customer service for the manufacturer of custom labels and tags. This will include estimating, order entry, issue resolution, production coordination, and special requests. There will extensive interaction with external customers and internal stakeholders to coordinate printing of materials.

Base Qualifications

  • Positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills (English)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities (multi-tasking)
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail

Education and Experience Requirements

  • College Degree Preferred (or Experience in Lieu of)
  • Work experience in customer service,
