At The K Club we are currently seeking a dedicated and creative Chef de Partie to join the trailblazing culinary team at The K Club.

• Taking ownership of and being responsible for your section in the kitchen, ensuring the smooth running of the section and maintaining our high standards of cuisine and hygiene.
  
• Preparing all ingredients for service to the required standard, ensuring no wastage.
  
• Meticulously ensuring all special requests made by our guests are met.
  
• Preparing dishes to the required specifications while contributing to continuous improvement discussions.
  
• Ensuring all goods are stored correctly and hygienically in accordance with HACCP specifications.
  
• All staff are expected to remain inclusive and respectful, promoting a positive working atmosphere at all times.
  
• Working well on your own initiative and working well within a close‑knit team.

• You will have previous experience, experience within the hotel industry is advantageous.
  
• You will have a passion and genuine interest in food at all levels.
  
• You are a friendly team player with an ability to work well under pressure.
  
• You are familiar with all HACCP regulations and procedures.
  
• You possess excellent communications and organisational skills.
  
• You have fluency in English, both oral and written.
  
• You can be flexible in your working hours.
