Enforcement Officer

It is desirable that candidates demonstrate through their application form and at the interview that he/she:

• Ability to determine priorities and organise workloads in order to produce quality output within tight timeframes
• A proven ability to work under pressure and think laterally in dealing with a wide range of issues
• Have a good knowledge of construction and associated compliance
• Have a good knowledge of planning legislation
• Have a good knowledge of construction projects
• Have an ability to work alone, in an independent environment and without constant supervision
• Be capable of working within a multidisciplinary team
• Be capable of working on their own initiative
• Possess good communication xcfaprz and interpersonal skills
• Have good knowledge and awareness of Health and Safety Legislation and Regulations, their implications for the organisation and the employee, and their application in the workplace
