Principal Product Engineer

An exciting opportunity for a Principal Product Engineer has arisen with a global leader in EDA, based in Cork.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Principal Product Engineer to as the primary technical interface. In this role, you will manage technical support cases, coordinate engineering engagement, and drive successful customer programs from design reviews through to tapeout and bring-up.

You will commit to a hybrid working model, required onsite 4 days a week.

Experience of the Principal Product Engineer includes:

• 
  
• BSc or MSc in STEM subject
  
• 5+ years’ experience as a validation engineer, ideally looking to transition into a customer-facing role, or already working in a technical customer-facing position
  

OR

• 
  
• 5+ years’ experience working in a customer-facing xcfaprz role, with a background in high-speed interface technologies, e.g. Ethernet, PCIe, UCIe, DDR, LPDDR, UBB, DisplayPort
