Technology Transfer Manager

Global Pharmaceutical company, based in Dublin, Ireland - looking for Technology Transfer Manager.

The successful candidate will lead and manage multiple teams involved in supporting and developing manufacturing processes.

• Lead the teams and development laboratory to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality.
• Establish and implement long-term strategies for manufacturing operations.
• Ensure successful Technical Transfer of new products to the Grange Castle site.
• Collaborate effectively with Global Teams (Pharmaceutical Sciences and Manufacturing Sciences).
• Solve complex problems in manufacturing settings, providing innovative solutions.
• Ensure compliance with Global Validation standards.
• Enhance and innovate Data Science - develop use of computational modelling to ensure right first-time technical transfer.
• Develop use of AI and other tools to predict.
• Process Validation - lead and develop team of validation SMEs, ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain validated state of site manufacturing processes.

• Minimum a Bachelor's degree in a Science related field is required.
• 10 years of industry experience.
• Desired minimum years management experience.
• Demonstrates strong leadership skills, capable of guiding and inspiring teams.
• Experienced in managing teams, fostering collaboration and effective delegation.
• Utilizes continuous improvement methodologies to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality.
• Ensures rigorous quality assurance and integrates safety protocols to uphold standards.
• Proficient in manufacturing engineering principles and practices.
• Communicate effectively with peers and customers, ensuring clear and consistent messaging.
