Associate Director - Leading Architectural Practice - Data Centres

Our client is one of Ireland’s leading award-winning Architectural practices that prioritise designing places that make a positive difference in the world. An innovative Studio, they have delivered some of the most talked-about projects in the Irish market and are known for renowned designs across a diverse range of sectors.

They pride themselves on providing a creative environment for their staff to flourish, and this is borne out in their staff retention.

Our client is looking to add a new function to their Practice, with a focus on Data Centre design. As such, they require a Senior hire at either Associate or Associate Director level, with a clear path to Directorship on offer for the right candidate.

The successful candidate can be from an Architectural or Technologist background, and will ideally have experience leading Mission Critical and/or Pharma projects from inception through to completion, and should have exposure to leading teams and contributing to business development as the Practice looks to win work and turn this function into a pivotal part of this well-balanced business. xcfaprz

• Degree in Architecture/Architectural Technology required
  
• 8+ years’ experience minimum required
  
• Ample experience in the Irish market needed
  
• Significant exposure to Mission Critical & Life Sciences projects required
  
• Track record in leading the delivery of complex projects and managing teams
  
• Aptitude or enthusiasm for business development
  
• Desire to transition into Director level position in time
