We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Applications Developer Architect to provide architectural leadership across critical pension systems, specifically PDR (Pension Data Repository) and IPS (Integrated Pension System).

This role will focus on legacy system transition, architectural governance, and system modernisation, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with regulatory and public sector standards.

• Support PDR → IPS transition, including migration strategy and execution

• Ensure compliance with governance, security, and data protection standards

  
  

• Provide technical leadership & mentoring to internal teams

• 10+ years in Application Architecture / Enterprise Systems

  
  

• Strong experience in the pension systems domain, especially PDR

  
  

• Proven track record in:

  • Legacy system modernization & decommissioning

    
    

  • Large-scale enterprise application design

    
    

  • Integration architecture (APIs, data flows, governance)
