Experience: • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. Requirements: • Local & travel allowed. • 1 month gap required between for Staff at Program: Favorite Healthcare Program - Memorial Health System and no current placement allowed at Program: Favorite Healthcare Program - Memorial Health System. • 6 months gap required between for Travel at Program: Favorite Healthcare Program - Memorial Health System and no current placement allowed at Program: Favorite Healthcare Program - Memorial Health System. Strong in Coronary Cath Lab and EP. Special Requests:
MS SAFER fingerprinting must be completed within 48 hours of acceptance Shift & Scheduling:
Expectation is to stay until cases are completed, so some days may be 8 hours and other days may be 11 hours. Weekend Requirements: Every 3rd weekend On-Call Requirements: 8-9 days a month, we try to keep call at 1 day a week and 1weekend a month Holiday Requirements: 1 major holiday and 1 minor holiday 7 days maximum time off 2 references from last 2 years (Any reference type) - required after submission Proof of identification required Certifications: • BLS (Basic Life Support) • RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or the alternative certification CI (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)) Skills Checklist: Yes References: Yes Certifications: Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist, Basic Life Support Job Details Job Type: Travel Nurse/Patient: – – Shift Type: Day Contract Date: Start ASAP Expected Length: 13 weeks Hours per Shift: 10 Shifts per Week: 4
