$75,000–$115,000 (based on experience) Location:
Richmond, VA (hybrid flexibility available) What You’ll Do:
Support senior engineers with
structural design and analysis
for steel, concrete, masonry, and wood projects Prepare and review
drawings, models, and calculations
using Revit and AutoCAD Participate in all project phases from concept through construction Assist with
shop drawing reviews, site observations, and technical reports Collaborate with cross-discipline teams to deliver coordinated, high-quality designs What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
(Master’s preferred) 0–4 years
of structural engineering experience E.I.T. certification
or eligibility to obtain (PE track encouraged) Proficiency with
Revit and AutoCAD ; familiarity with
STAAD or Tedds
