Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
Work scheduled shifts and handle varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as dictated by business needs.
Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor about work completion, issues, and solutions.
Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
Perform store-specific measurements.
Conduct accurate cycle counts.
Execute Tractor Way top cap process.
Hang store signage.
Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
Perform detailed recovery and review of planogram integrity.
Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: greet customers, uncover needs, recommend solutions, ask to add value, appreciate customers, and provide a legendary shopping experience.
Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., day after Thanksgiving).
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Prior retail and/or merchandising experience.
Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred.
Must be 18 years or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required; must read, write, and count accurately.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
Basic computer skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically with minimal conflict.
Self‑directed with ability to complete assignments with little assistance.
Working Conditions
Work environment inside with moderate noise.
Shifts typically no less than 4 hours; may exceed 8 hours.
Travel between store locations in personal vehicle required.
Promote a safe and productive work environment, adhering to company safety training and guidelines.
Indoor floors and outdoor lots are hard surfaces; lighting and temperature appropriate.
Physical Requirements
Travel as required within district.
Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with proper equipment; lift or reach overhead occasionally.
Frequent standing, kneeling, twisting, crouching, squatting, bending, stooping, climbing ladders.
Access all store areas safely.
Operate store equipment such as computer and cash register.
Read, write, and count accurately for documentation.
Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
Contact birds/poultry as needed.
Complete required training.
Operate equipment such as dolly, handtruck, forklift, baler, computer, cash register.
Lift up to 50 pounds; drive vehicle; stand, walk, reach overhead; move merchandise throughout store.
Non‑sedentary; strong physical and mental stamina required.
