We are a Medicare Certified Home Health Agency presently seeking Per Diem Physical Therapist.
We have been serving patients for over thirty years and our offices are in Miami-Dade County. Knowledge of Medicare requirements and Home Health experience desirable.
The home therapies services are for *ALL AREAS OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY INCLUDING* *MONROE COUNTY. *This position is responsible for the start of care, evaluation, and re-evaluation of Medicare & Medicare Advantage patients. Please submit updated resumes to our email address.
· *Qualifications:*
· Current Physical Therapist License or PTA License.
· Take ownership of obtaining necessary additional information and suggesting revisions in treatment as appropriate.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Excellent work ethic in both independent and collaborative settings.
· Dedication to patient success.
English & Spanish speaker a MUST.
