JuraLaw
is a
national SaaS legal calendar management system
for law firms and legal departments. The role of the Sales Manager is to build, manage and grow a high performing sales team to achieve JuraLaw new sales goals.
In this role, you will:
Drive new account sales of JuraLaw.
Secure contract renewals directly or with sales team members until customer success executive is onboard.
Manage all JuraLaw account executives and dotted-line management of customer success executive.
Motivate the sales team to exceed goals and objectives through weekly sales team meetings, practice demos, shadowing, and other successful coaching methods.
Develop an understanding of law firm docketing, the JuraLaw product and the competitive environment.
Hire new sales account executives when necessary and needed.
Closely manage new sales team pipeline, health, and development, with clear metrics and accountabilities.
Maintain a rigorous sales process with proven success.
Monitor and utilize Salesforce to manage prospects and customer relationships.
Regularly report on pipeline quality, prospecting metrics, and revenue forecasting.
Collaborate with customer support to onboard and train new customers.
Work closely with marketing on defining campaigns, follow up and measurement.
Coordinate responses to RFPs.
Attend national industry conference.
Position Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree (business or marketing preference).
5+ years in a B2B direct sales role with success meeting and/or exceeding quotas and targets.
3+ years of sales leadership/management experience developing a team of quota carrying direct salespeople.
Prior sales of software/SaaS or other relevant subscription- based product solutions.

Confident in communicating with executives, attorneys, legal professionals, and IT professionals.
Highly motivated, goal and results oriented, with a demonstrated bias for action and disciplined execution.
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
Experience in the legal industry, preferred.
