As an IS Epic Applications Analyst on the Cadence team at Providence, you’ll use precision and problem‑solving skills to support critical workflows that help deliver a seamless healthcare experience. In this role, you’re the maestro orchestrating moderately complex projects, shaping system requirements, and fine‑tuning processes that keep a multi‑facility healthcare organization humming. You’ll translate user needs into smart configurations, guide teammates with your technical savvy, and build strong partnerships with stakeholders across the Providence St. Joseph Health system. Whether you’re unraveling data puzzles, coaching newer staff, troubleshooting tricky issues, or crafting gold‑standard documentation, you bring clarity, collaboration, and a steady dose of excellence to everything you do. Responsibilities
Support critical workflows for the multi‑facility healthcare organization.
Orchestrate moderately complex projects, shaping system requirements and fine‑tuning processes.
Translate user needs into smart configurations.
Guide teammates with technical expertise.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders across the Providence St. Joseph Health system.
Unravel data puzzles, troubleshoot issues, coach newer staff, and craft gold‑standard documentation.
Provide clarity, collaboration, and excellence in all deliverables.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services – or equivalent education and experience.
Active Epic accreditation or certification within 90 days of hire.
Four or more years of industry‑related experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications in software applications, technology infrastructure, or clinical specializations upon hire.
Three or more years of Healthcare IS experience.
Epic experience.
Four or more years of experience in Epic, Information Systems, or Healthcare.
Competence in supporting the technical, operational, and application needs of moderately complex applications or subcomponents of a highly complex application.
Able to lead small to medium internal project work with moderate complexity and risk.
Ability to independently prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
Pro‑active identification of ways to enhance or improve programs, processes, and systems.
Collaborative networking with operational managers, supervisors, and high‑level individual contributors.

Alaska – Kodiak, Seward, Valdez: Min $41.81, Max $64.91
California – Humboldt: Min $41.81, Max $64.91
California – All Northern California (Except Humboldt): Min $46.91, Max $72.82
California – All Southern California: Min $41.81, Max $64.91
Montana – Except Great Falls: Min $32.29, Max $50.13
Montana – Great Falls: Min $30.59, Max $47.49
Oregon – Non‑Portland Service Area: Min $37.39, Max $58.05
Oregon – Portland Service Area: Min $40.11, Max $62.27
Texas: Min $30.59, Max $47.49
Washington – Western: Min $41.81, Max $64.91
Washington – Southwest – Olympia, Centralia: Min $40.11, Max $62.27
Washington – Clark County: Min $40.11, Max $62.27

Work Location Remote (virtual work available for residents located in Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Montana, California, and Texas).
