What do we do?
Contact warm clients and find out their needs (NO COLD CALLING).
Strategize with a mentor and with carriers on their options.
Help the client choose the option that best fits their needs.
Get paid next day!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients.
Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs.
Expand business reach through networking techniques.
QUALIFACATIONS: Either Posses a current Life Insurance Producer License OR willing to obtain one.
MUST:
Prior experience is a plus, but not required.
Be a U.S. Citizen
Ability to pass a background check (fingerprinting).
Ability to build rapport.
Performance-driven, coachable, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated.
Confident, team-oriented, persuasive, positive attitude.
PAY: Part time - $30,000 - $45,000 /yr OTE.
Full time - $80,000 - $150,000+ /yr OTE.
