Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate data analysis and reporting efforts within DCFM, ensuring data integrity and timely delivery.
Manage and mentor analysts supporting database and reporting initiatives.
Handle ad hoc data requests, building quick-turn analyses and visualizations for decision-makers.
Develop, maintain, and enhance databases to meet evolving reporting requirements.
Extract and analyze data from financial systems (e.g., GFEBS) to support briefings, audits, and strategic decisions.
Coordinate and track data calls across teams and leadership groups.
Prepare financial and accounting system reports to support executive decision-making.
Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Skills
Prior experience with GFEBS, DEAMS, or similar ERP financial systems
3+ years of experience with financial reporting and/or data analytics
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling)
Experience using Power BI, SQL, or similar data tools strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage or lead a team, including coaching and workload management
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Education Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field
