Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager for a full-time hybrid role based in Kansas City, KS, with opportunities for remote work. The Sales Manager will oversee sales efforts by developing and implementing strategic plans to expand our customer base and revenue. Responsibilities include engaging with potential clients, negotiating deals, managing a sales team, setting sales targets, providing mentorship, preparing sales reports, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Sales, Account Management, and Business Development
Strong Leadership and Team Management abilities
Proficiency in Customer Relationship Building and Negotiation
Experience in Sales Strategy Development and Market Analysis
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools
Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Experience in the construction or roofing industry is a plus
