Entry Level Sales Representative . This role focuses on engaging homeowners in local neighborhoods, introducing remodeling services, and scheduling free in‑home product demonstrations. No prior sales experience is required.
Responsibilities
Engage with homeowners in local neighborhoods through direct, in‑person outreach.
Introduce remodeling services and special offers through friendly conversation.
Generate interest and schedule free in‑home product demonstrations—no selling required.
Represent one of the highest‑rated brands in the industry and use this experience as a stepping‑stone to a career in management or further sales.
Qualifications
No experience required; prior experience is a plus.
Self‑motivated and eager to get results.
Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies first‑hand.
Availability to work afternoons and evenings; shifts 10 am–6 pm.
Outgoing, well‑spoken, and enjoys human interaction.
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach during canvassing activities.
What We Offer
Base hourly pay plus uncapped performance bonuses.
Average first‑year earnings $55K–$75K; top reps earn $85K+.
Consistent M–F schedule.
PTO available on Day 1.
