Responsibilities Evaluate business systems and user needs for applications/products supported by the eSSC team. Recommend system and business process modifications to support business strategies through purchased or in-house developed software. Write detailed descriptions of business goals, user needs, technology solution functions, and steps required to develop or modify those solutions. Ensure thorough knowledge of requirements gathering and documentation practices, as well as software development methodologies. Communicate requirements to software developers and ensure the designed solution meets business and user needs. Resolve conflicting requirements with business users. Work with project managers and scrum masters to develop timelines and manage project risks. Assist in the development of quality assurance test plans. Help develop end-user documentation. Gather and document use cases and feature requirements. Collaborate with project team of developers/QA analysts on features, enhancements, and fixes. Serve as 2nd tier escalation point for issues related to system functionality. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 6-8 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Mid- to Senior- level Business Analyst with both technical and functional expertise Proven experience leading complex end-to-end project lifecycles (from concept and requirements gathering through build oversight, go-live execution, and post-implementation stabilization) Strong experience in requirements elicitations, documentation, and validation Comfortable managing scope, timelines, and delivery risks Experience working on large enterprise-wide initiatives spanning multiple lines of business Basic knowledge of .NET, UiPath, SQL, and relational databases Experience operating within Agile and Waterfall methodologies Healthcare or hospital IT experience strongly preferred
