Shift:
7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Experience: • 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a license (required after submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted. • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Phoebe Putney and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Phoebe Putney. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process. Additional Details: Shift & Scheduling: Call 1 day/week and every 4th/5th weekend. References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to.
