Job Description ERP Solutions Architect needed to oversee the planning, implementation, integration, and deployment of ERP systems including analysis of supply chain process. Key liaison between client stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors, coordinating tasks for project implementation and third‑party integration. You will bridge technical and operational teams, creating scalable, secure blueprints for applications. Work with client through all project phases.
Job Type On-going contract / 1099 / W2. Direct consultants welcome. (NO agencies / subcontract / EAD at this time).
Job Location 100% remote.
Key Responsibilities
Navigate seamlessly between Consulting Company and Client
Manage and design architectures, implementation activities, analyze process flows, and data structures
Identify project risks and develop countermeasures
Create scalable, secure blueprints for applications
Key interface between business units, IT, vendors, and stakeholders
Drive business improvements and align new technology with company goals
Define integrations with third‑party solutions and platforms
Ideally, cross‑functional specific industry knowledge and “real business” experience combined with strong implementation architecture skills
Required Skills And Qualifications
3–5+ years in ERP solutions implementation and architecture experience, particularly with large‑scale ERP implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle). EPICOR is a plus
Create / design robust, scalable ERP architectures
Strong ability to analyze complex business workflows and data structures
Strong team collaboration, mentoring, and the ability to influence stakeholders
Familiarity with business software infrastructure and process redesign
Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Will Consider Comparable Additional Experience Will consider comparable additional experience.
Preferred Skills Experience with EPICOR ERP/ Cloud products, including Prophet21 and Kinetic
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of specific ERP platforms (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle Fusion) and related cloud infrastructure
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex business workflows and data structures
Communication: Ability to communicate technical solutions to non‑technical stakeholders and senior leadership
Experience: Generally 5+ years of experience in enterprise systems architecture, solution design, or IT consulting
