Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, DB Developer
In this role, you will be responsible for coding, testing, and delivering high-quality deliverables, and should be willing to learn new technologies.
Responsibilities
Seek requirements, design, and development of various projects.
Self-driven, good communication, and average project mgmt. skills
Development & Support of Applications
Participate in the Application Modernization program.
Team Management, working as a track lead with PM and Scrum Master.
Working closely with the on‑site team and the customer to understand the key delivery expectations and ensure the team can meet them.
Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., engineering, science, statistics, math) or equivalent combination of education, training, certification, and experience
Experience with presentation-layer reporting applications (Tableau, SSAS, Cognos, BO) with an understanding of data warehousing and data modeling methodologies
Knowledge of standard methodologies when dealing with relational databases
An ability to understand front-end users' requirements and a problem-solving attitude
Knowledge of Control‑M Job configuration and scheduling; File transfer mechanisms
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as SVN, merging, and creating production scripts
SQL Server DB coding, DB scheduling tools, File transfer mechanisms, DB DevOps
The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $55000 to $68500. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity.
