12 month We are looking for an Analytics Engineer who will bridge the gap between data engineering and data analytics by building reliable data models, transforming raw data into analytics-ready datasets, and enabling stakeholders to make data-driven decisions. Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain scalable data models and transformation pipelines. Develop and manage analytics layers using tools like dbt, SQL, and data warehouses. Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across reporting datasets. Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data ingestion and storage. Partner with data analysts and business teams to define metrics and KPIs. Build and maintain documentation for data models, transformations, and metrics. Implement best practices for version control, testing, and CI/CD in analytics workflows. Optimize queries and performance in cloud data warehouses. Required Skills
Strong proficiency in SQL. Experience with data transformation tools such as dbt. Hands-on experience with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or Azure Synapse. Experience with data modeling (star schema, dimensional modeling). Familiarity with Git and version control practices. Understanding of data quality frameworks and testing. Preferred Skills
Experience with Python for data manipulation or automation. Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Mode. Exposure to modern data stacks and ELT tools (Fivetran, Airflow, Stitch, etc.). Experience working in Agile environments.
