We're hiring for
Sales Executives
to drive new business growth across their assigned territory in the Greater Boston market. This is a true hunter role focused on building pipeline, closing new accounts, and creating long-term partnerships with commercial clients.

Territory & Schedule This role covers a defined territory within the Greater Boston area. Territories are structured to support consistent prospecting and manageable travel.
North Territory:
Worcester to I-495
West Territory:
Marlborough to Waltham (via Mass Pike)
South Shore Territory
Work Schedule:
Monday & Friday:
In-office in Marlborough for team collaboration, planning, and pipeline review
Tuesday to Thursday:
Field-based, managing your territory, meeting clients, and prospecting
This is a highly field-driven role, with the majority of time spent in-market building relationships and generating new business.
What You’ll Do
Prospect and generate new business through cold outreach, networking, and in-person visits
Build relationships with business owners, property managers, and decision-makers
Identify client needs and present tailored facility service solutions
Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through close
Close an average of 2 to 3 new accounts per month
Maintain a consistent pipeline through daily prospecting activity
Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
What the Role Looks Like
Majority of time spent in the field meeting prospects and building relationships
Highly activity-driven environment with a strong focus on outbound prospecting
Sales cycle typically ranges from 1 to 4 weeks
Average deal size around $4,000 per month (~$50K annually)
What We’re Looking For
18+ months of B2B sales experience (1.5 to 4 years ideal)
Proven experience carrying a quota and closing new business
Strong hunter mentality with comfort in cold outreach and high activity levels
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and competitive, with a drive to exceed targets
Comfortable working both independently in the field and collaboratively with a team
Base salary plus uncapped commission
Strong earning potential for consistent performers
