As a QA Analyst on the KSM team, you will play a key role in validating the functionality, reliability, and category performance of Keeper Secrets Manager, including its web applications, SDKs and integration components. You will work closely with software engineers, product managers and Dev_REMOVE axis teams to execute test plans, report defects and ensure KSM meets high quality and security standards. This role is well‑suited for a technically curious QA professional with an interest in cloud platforms, APIs, DevOps workflows and secure software systems. Responsibilities
Execute functional, integration, regression and UI testing for KSM web applications, SDKs and integrations Test KSM workflows across cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and infrastructure‑as‑code (IaC) scenarios Collaborate with engineers and product managers to understand requirements and define test cases Report, track and communicate defects clearly using Jira or similar tracking tools Support automated testing efforts by contributing test cases and working with existing automation frameworks Validate expected security‑related behaviors and access controls within KSM workflows Requirements
3+ years of experience in QA, software testing or a related role Familiarity with web applications, APIs, cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and DevOps workflows Experience with manual testing and a foundational understanding of automated testing concepts Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira) Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and ability to document findings clearly Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams Due to the role’s involvement in GovCloud, all applicants must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident) Preferred Qualifications
