: Bakersfield, CA (Hybrid, 2-3 days per week on-site) Position Summary : REV Clinical is seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Development Representative to support business development activities and help drive growth across our clinical research services. This role is responsible for coordinating outreach, managing inbound and outbound communications, supporting meeting scheduling, and gathering key information from prospective clients within the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device industries. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of inside sales or sales support experience, excellent communication skills, and strong proficiency with social media, email outreach, CRM systems, and scheduling tools. This individual will play a critical role in helping the business development team identify opportunities, engage prospective sponsors, and maintain organized records of interactions and follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: Conduct targeted outreach to biotech, pharmaceutical, and medical device companies via email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels. Collaborate with the marketing and business administration teams to support lead generation activities, including prospect identification, outreach coordination, and pipeline development. Support the business development team by identifying and qualifying potential leads. Coordinate and schedule introductory meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective clients. Maintain accurate records of interactions and opportunities within the CRM system Assist in researching prospective clients, gathering background information, and preparing meeting briefs. Support email campaigns, LinkedIn engagement, and other digital prospecting activities. Ensure timely follow-up with potential clients and maintain an organized pipeline of opportunities. Assist with preparing materials for business development meetings and conferences Qualifications and Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, marketing, or related field preferred. 2–3 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or business development coordination. Strong organizational and communication skills. Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems). Proficiency in email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and social media engagement. Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across time zones. Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or CRO industry is a plus.
