Utilize digital retail products and services to assist customers in the vehicle purchasing process
Guide the customer through the digital retail process; liaise with other divisions as needed
Observe customer visit behavior on the website and use it to identify improvement and increase sales opportunities
Provide excellent customer service
Requirements
Proven customer service experience
Knowledge in sales and customer service best practices
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Self‑motivated, takes initiative, and inspires others
Motivated to exceed sales goals
Valid driver's license
