Lead the engineering strategy and technical roadmap Build and manage high-performing software engineering teams Oversee system architecture and platform scalability Ensure delivery of secure, reliable, and high-quality software Establish strong engineering processes, tooling, and best practices Collaborate with product and leadership to deliver mission-critical capabilities What we’re looking for
10+ years of software engineering experience 5+ years leading engineering teams or organisations Background in defence, robotics, or deep-tech companies is required Experience building complex, high-reliability software systems Strong expertise in modern software architectures and cloud platforms Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Nice to have
Experience in defence, aerospace, or other mission-critical environments Experience building secure or regulated software systems Experience scaling engineering teams in high-growth companies What we offer
